Scope: monthly payment plan in patient portal for any medical services are set at a minimum of $45.00.   In the event an exception is requested, a Billing Specialist must be requested in order to review and process the proper procedure in the billing system setup.  

 

Procedure:  Reach out to Billing Specialist via teams so they can create a request for an exception to setup a payment plan lower than the policy of $45.00.
